Encrypting LibreOffice files

Before you start

Have our GnuPG package installed

You’ll find it in the Downloads tab

Get to Save As window

Open the file you want to encrypt

Click the File option

that’s in the top left corner of the window

Choose the option Save as…

Save As window will open

Save the file as encrypted with GPG key

Click the option Encrypt with GPG key

that’s one of the options at the bottom of this window

Click Save

Choose Yes to rewrite the original file

Encrypt the file

A window with options will appear

It contains all the people you can encrypt the file for

Select the people you want to encrypt the file for

Click Encrypt

You can close the file, it’s saved and encrypted

And that’s it!
