Encrypting files from the context menu

Open its context menu

Choose the option More GpgEX options

This will open its sub-menu

Choose the option Encrypt

Sign/Encrypt window will open

Click the option Encrypt for others

Now you can choose people who can also decrypt the file

Start writing the name of the user into the line

Suggestions will start pop up under it

Choose the user out of the offer provided below

Select as many people as you want

Click finish once the encryption is complete

Encrypted file appeared in the same folder next to your original file

Now you can send it out to all the users!

And that’s it!
