Installing Mailvelope in Google Chrome

Choose Install Mailvelope now button

Chrome Web Store window will open

Click the Add to Chrome button

Pop up window will appear

Click the Add extension button

When the installation is complete, new tab will open

Click the Let’s start button in the window that popped up

Now you got to the Mailvelope window

Select Allow us to check availability button

It’s under the OpenPGP Preferences heading

Select Allow in the pop up window that appeared

This will add new options under the OpenPGP Preferences heading

Click Restart Mailvelope option

This will close the Mailvelope tab

Check if the GnuPG option is selected

It’s under the OpenPGP Preferences heading

If it’s not selected, click the GnuPG option

Click Save and restart Mailvelope again

Choose Security option in the menu on the left side of the window

Check In a separate Mailvelope popup option

It’s under the Where are decrypted messages displayed? heading

Click Save

Click Main Keyring button that in the upper right corner in the Setup window

Drop down menu will open

Select GnuPG (preferred) option from the menu

Now you can see your cryptographic keys

And that’s it!
