Installing Enigmail

Before you start

Download and install Thunderbird email client

Go to the Extensions window in Thunderbird

Open Thunderbird

It’s in the upper right corner of the window

Choose option Add-ons

Choose option Add-ons once again

New tab within Thunderbird will open

Find Enigmail extension

Go to the Extensions tab

That’s in the menu on the left side of the window

That’s in the upper right corner of the window

Press Enter

New tab will open

Containing results of your seach

Install Enigmail

Press Add to Thunderbird next to the Enigmail option

The download will start

Wait for it to finish

Click Add

in the pop-up that appeared

It will take a second for it to install

Notification saying Enigmail has been added to Thunderbird will appear in the pop-up

Enigmail will appear in the Add-ons Manager tab

You’ll find the tab at the top of the window

And that’s it!
